A court in Moscow has left under arrest of accused of theft and the creation of OPG brothers Magomedov

the Moscow city court extended the arrest of co-owner of Summa group Ziyavudin Magomedov and his brother Magomed Magomedov 30 Aug. It is reported TASS with reference to information of the court.

“the Court has satisfied the petition of a consequence about prolongation of arrest against the accused, setting them a deadline of a measure of restraint until August 30,” he said.

the Tver court of Moscow in 2018 arrested Magomedov, and another defendant in the case — former head of the company “INTEKS”, a member of the Summa group, Arthur Maximova. They are charged with organization of criminal community and the theft of more than 11 billion rubles.
