Prosecutors did not specify who obstructed the lady with the disability, however, her complaint to the head initiated a check and then filed a statement of claim. The case ended happily for the woman.
“Kuibyshev district court satisfied the claim of the prosecution regarding the recovery of funds spent by the resident district for the purchase of preferential medicinal product, — said the law enforcement Agency. — The court considered the claim of the Prosecutor’s legitimate, to recover from the health Committee of St. Petersburg cash spent for the purchase of drugs”.
Also, the lady will receive compensation of moral harm. The amount is not specified.
