In eight regions the increase was higher than nationwide: this Vologda oblast (56%), Arkhangelsk oblast (52%), Pskov oblast (40%), Karelia (38%), Petersburg (33%), Novgorod oblast (28%), Kaliningrad oblast (27%), Leningrad region (26%).
a Smaller increase compared to the nationwide showed that the Komi Republic (21%), Nenets AO (15%), Murmansk oblast (11%).
