According to the expert, the meals should be divided into five small meals a day. But if this is not possible, said the expert, you can eat three times a day. The main thing — not to eat at night: the last meal should be several hours before bedtime, seven o’clock in the evening.

“That was not overloaded stomach,” Tutelian quoted by RIA “Novosti”.

Earlier he said that about 60% of Russians are overweight, and about 20-25% are already obese.
