“I believe that the civilized solution would be to continue to keep security measures during walks,” said she.
According to Prokofiev, “in our city hall sit smart people” who take the decision on strengthening or easing of restrictive measures.
“Yes, there are limitations, but even they can be treated with a positive, if you want, even with any humor,” said she.
She also noted the importance of respecting the mask of the regime in Moscow, explaining that “we need to be more disciplined, then everything will be faster”.
