Didier Forton, Véronique Masson-Bessou and Madeleine Kovalesky, three magistrates, order, and “the freezing and preservation by Warner Music France, Universal Music France and Sony Music Entertainment France 37.5% of the entire amount owed to Jean-Philippe Smet and the company Bornrocker Music Inc since January 1, 2018”. These royalties were paid to the rocker as a performer by his record companies and 37.5% correspond to the part that can lay claim to the two elders of the singer according to the French law.
