Russia has approved the date of transition to e-books. The rule will start working from January 1, 2021, to the document, which was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin reported on the website of the Russian government.
Paper work book after receipt email will be issued on the hands, but it must be retained, as in digital format will contain information only from 2020.
Access to e-book will be available in your account on the website or mobile application of the Pension Fund and portal services.
