During the press day of Los Angeles, Joe Russo, one of the makers of the film, has confirmed to Mashable that Avengers 4 would be the last appearance of Stan Lee in the movie. Anthony Russo who “described a geek of comics,” recalls how he was excited when the father of Spider-Man came on the board.
“We had all these stars on the board. Yet, when Stan came, the whole world seemed to be once again a child. If the death of Stan Lee was inevitable that both his advanced age and the disease against which he fought for many years, fans of the MCU immediately felt orphaned when the announcement of his death was pronounced.
