Presnensky court of Moscow will hold preliminary hearing in the case of the deadly road accident with participation of the actor of Michael Efremova next Wednesday, July 29. As reported “Interfax” in court, a preliminary hearing will be held behind closed doors. Earlier today it was reported that the case of the fatal accident with the Russian actor will consider the judge of Presnensky court Elena Abramova. She was the case of former police officer Dmitry Zakharchenko and players Alexander Kokorin and Pavel Mamaev. Recall that the actor is charged with part 4 of article 264 of the criminal code. According to the final version of the investigation, the car of Ephraim in the time of the accident was defective. Accidents involving Ephraim occurred on the evening of 8 June on Smolensk square. The artist in his jeep drove into the oncoming traffic, where he rammed the delivery truck. As a result, the driver of the van, Sergey Zakharov died.
