Belarus has revealed unexpected details of the plan of integration with Russia

Russia has offered Minsk in 2019 to pass as part of the integration to the supranational level 95% of powers. This was told by the Ambassador of Belarus to Russia Vladimir Semashko.

He called such a proposal a complete “hands up”, BelTA reports. According to the diplomat, the document proposed to “give everything up”, leaving Minsk a few items — for example, the right to call law enforcement by the police, not the police.

Semashko noted that when creating the Union state is important equality, and devolution of authority must occur within a “reasonable” limits. He added that neither Russia, nor Belarus, “do not want to lose its sovereignty”.
