In the Tula region opened a criminal case on the fact of the derailment of 22 cars of a freight train.
According to the Moscow interregional SU on transport SK the Russian Federation investigates the case under part 1 St. 263 criminal code (violation of safety rules of movement and operation of railway transport).
As explained by the investigators, yesterday around 14:00 on the stretch of stations Lazarevo — Schekino derailed 22 cars of a freight train of 64 wagons with various goods.
In the RF IC believe that there has been a violation of traffic rules and result in major damage. The investigation is underway.
