Businessman Nicholas Mitrukova, who testified about the participation of the Governor of Khabarovsk territory Sergey Furgala in contract killings, identified personal protection. As reported “Interfax” citing a source, he has provided Pro Bono in connection with circumstances that threaten his life.
According to the source, the businessman also ensured the confidentiality of personal data.
Mistryukov deals with the investigation testified at Furgala in the case of the killings of businessmen in 2004-2005.
Khabarovsk Governor arrested on July 9 and brought to Moscow for questioning. In the RF IC, he was charged under part 2 of article 105 of the criminal code and article 30, article 33, part 2 of article 105 of the criminal code.
Today, the Basmanny court of Moscow will decide the issue of the arrest Furgala.
