Customers of the savings Bank report on the cancellation of “coronavirus” payments to pay off old debts. This was written the portal Banki.ru with reference to the message service users “people’s rating”, RBC reports. Similar messages appeared on the social network Twitter.
In particular, one of the clients of the Bank reported write-offs payments received for children on account of the debt enforcement proceeding which was closed in 2018 in connection with the bankruptcy. In another case, the cancellation enrolled 10 thousand happened in a minute after transfer, and the return the client expects from June 1.
Representatives of the savings Bank in social networks promise to investigate the situation. The press service of the Bank said that such situations are not systematic, each of them is checked. In some cases, according to the Bank, the money has already been returned. The Bank noted that overall, there were special marks of the social benefits to protect them from write-offs to enforcement proceedings.
In accordance with the amendment to the law “About Executive manufacture” the levy could not raise a lump sum in the amount of 10 thousand rubles for each child, introduced by the decree of Vladimir Putin “About additional measures of social support of the families having children”.
