Clients of Sberbank complained about the failure of online services

Users of Sberbank difficulties with access to its online services. Messages about inability to use the application “Sberbank Online” people wrote on Twitter, data about the failures of online services has appeared also on the website Downdetector. According to the information portal, the number of user complaints rose sharply on Thursday evening. The majority of clients (64%) reported inability to log in, another 24% said they can’t transfer money, and crashing in all the services indicated 12%. The press service of Sberbank RBC confirmed the information, adding that some customers could experience a slowdown in the work of certain services of the Bank. Let us add that the last time a major failure in the mobile application of Sberbank took place on 1 June.
