Cultural institutions in Russia were allowed a year and a half not to return money for tickets

the Russian Government has allowed cultural institutions until you return the money for tickets to the canceled event. Events must be held within six years after the lifting of the quarantine.

As reported on the website of the government, within six months after the opening of concert halls, theatres and museums must notify viewers about the date and time of the migrated events. Otherwise, the event is considered cancelled, and the organizer is obliged to pay the full ticket price.

Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko said that against the background of restrictions due to pandemic Russians have left about 7 million tickets for rescheduled events, writes “Interfax”.
