JSC “Udmurtneft”, included in the structure of “Rosneft” will pay a fine in the amount of 400 thousand rubles for the delay in reclaiming the land after the oil spill, the press service of the Republican Prosecutor’s office.
According to the Ministry, after oil spill on Logoluso-Turinska oil field, the company is obliged to conduct reclamation within 7 months. However, the project of execution of works was not developed by the company to the reclamation not started.
“Udmurtneft” was fined in the amount of 400 thousand rubles. Responsible for the violation, the official is fined on 25 thousand roubles. General Director of the company made a representation with the requirement to eliminate violation.
