Degtyarev explained the rising prices of gasoline in Khabarovsk Krai cartel

the Acting head of the Khabarovsk Krai Mikhail Degtyarev suggested that the increase in gasoline prices in the Khabarovsk region can be attributed to the cartel and promised to “hook face”, reports “Interfax”.

this Degtyarev said in Komsomolsk-on-Amur during a visit to the shipyard, commenting on the workers ‘ complaints, the high cost of gasoline and a simultaneous increase in the prices of all sellers.
