the Acting Governor of the Khabarovsk Krai Mikhail Degtyarev said that in the region are foreign provocateurs who “flocked to righteous anger”.
In an interview with RTVi winproducer Shnurov Sergey Degtyarev said that at first the protests “no organizers were not”, but because of their mass in the region came “all known crooks”, who allegedly organize the riots. “They’re here, we know, including from Georgia,” — said the acting head of the region.
Earlier Degtyarev argued that in Khabarovsk protests “parasitic organized by provocateurs from Russia”, and foreigners in the organization shares was not charged.
Recall that in the Khabarovsk region, on 11 July held an unauthorized protest in support of ex-the Governor of edge Sergey Furgala, who was arrested on charges of murder.
