Chertanovskaya court of Moscow sent under house arrest of the Deputy Director on information technologies and development of digital services of the company “Mail of Russia” Sergey Emelchenkov until September 13. About it reports TASS.

Emelchenkov charged under part 3 St. 286 the criminal code (“Excess of powers of office with causing of heavy consequences”).
