Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree that gives the opportunity to classify data on reserves and production in any field and consumption organizations. The document is published on the official Internet portal of legal information.
“the Present decree comes into force from the day of its signing”, — is specified in the text.
As follows from the document, delineates data on the volume of balance reserves in the subsoil and on the volume of extraction (production) of strategic minerals, as well as data on volumes of consumption. Competent authorities are Ministry of environment, Ministry of industry and trade and Ministry of economy.
