the Bill, in particular, establishes the right to receive dismissed no later than 15 calendar days from the date of application to employer payments in connection with liquidation of the organisation or reduction of number or staff of employees, average monthly earnings for the second month from the date of dismissal or part thereof in proportion to the period of employment attributable to this month.
this introduces the rate at which the employer in lieu of payment of average monthly earnings during the period of employment to pay to the employee a lump-sum compensation in the amount of five times of average monthly earnings. “If the employee has already been paid the average monthly salary for the second, third, fourth or fifth month from the date of dismissal, a lump sum compensation paid to him by offsetting these payments”, — stated in the adopted draft.
