Duda: the US has no plans to relocate to Poland nuclear weapons

the U.S. Government does not plan to transfer to Poland of nuclear weapons, said the President of Poland Andrzej Duda during a press conference at Facebook after talks with the American leader Donald trump in Washington.

According to Duda, the issue was not the subject of the conversation, “neither before nor today.” Thus he commented on the words of U.S. Ambassador to Poland Georgette of Mosbacher, which admitted the possibility of the relocation of U.S. nuclear weapons from Germany to Poland.

in addition, the President of Poland said that trump asked not to withdraw from Europe of American troops. According to him, the US military are “an important element of European security.” Duda also stressed that Poland is ready to accept additional troops, which “would support the Polish army” in case of external aggression.

trump, in turn, said that the possible deployment in Poland soldiers from the USA will be paid in Warsaw.
