installments can count only those companies that made the list most affected by the pandemic. Pensioners will have to prove that
their income does not exceed two minimum subsistence levels. The amount of overdue debts for entrepreneurs should not exceed 15 million roubles, and pensioners — 1 million rubles. The first will be able to pay in installments within one year and the second two years.
Both categories will also benefit from a moratorium on actions of court enforcement officers-executors in respect of such debts.
