the Bill defines the legal regime of the Arctic zone, the measures of state support of entrepreneurship and its implementation.
the Arctic Management area will be managed by the state Commission on development of the Arctic, the authorized Federal Executive authority and the management company.
Also proposed to establish for persons to obtain resident status of the Arctic zone, special measures to support entrepreneurial activities, namely, tax, administrative and other benefits. Residents of the Arctic zone can be non-commercial organizations legal entities (with some exceptions) and individual entrepreneurs duly registered in the Arctic zone.
