Dorogomilovsky district court of Moscow will consider criminal case concerning the former chief of the office of physical protection and security of the Prosecutor General Igor Mylnikov. About it reports “Kommersant”. Mylnikov, as earlier wrote mass-media, staged a drunken brawl in OMVD “Filyovsky Park”. Later Colonel Mylnikova his order dismissed Prosecutor General Igor Krasnov, the head of the Investigative Committee of Russia Alexander Bastrykin ordered to investigate his actions. As it became known to the edition, criminal case concerning the former employee of the Prosecutor General, accused of committing crimes under part 1 of article 318, arrived in the Dorogomilovsky district court. There the newspaper reported that within a month the judge has to appoint a preliminary hearing and then to consider the merits of the case. Sources of “Kommersant” noted that his guilt the Colonel Mylnikov recognized, but not fully. For the incriminated crime, he faces up to five years.
