The experts of the Higher school of Economics admitted that from the beginning of July began the recovery in the real sector of the Russian economy. This is stated in the analytical Bulletin of the HSE relating to the economic and social impact of the pandemic coronavirus. The analysts immediately negotiated to make far-reaching conclusions on the basis of data in just one week is impossible, but to take them down is necessary. HSE believe that from the beginning of July, the restoration and in the real sector of the Russian economy. So far, however, it remains unclear how long it will take to restore and what the implications of the easing of quarantine measures. Experts do not exclude that there may be a second wave of the epidemic, or a financial sector crisis hit the wave raised by the downturn in the real sector.
