There are a number of foods that cause premature aging. As found by researchers from the Spanish Centre for biomedical research on obesity and nutrition University of Navarra, primarily semi-finished products, sausages and fast food, writes Newsru.md.
According to the scientists, these products affect the integrity of DNA cells. Meal deep processing leads to a shortening of telomeres, which slows down the ability to regenerate cells.
Scientists do not recommend eating more than three servings per day of food that has more than five ingredients such as chemical preservatives, sweeteners, flavor enhancers and colors. They recommend to give up or severely limit the use of semi-finished products, sausages, fast food, soda, and spices.
