the social network Facebook removed the page of U.S. President Donald trump video with false allegations of coronavirus, reports NBC News.
According to the information channel, the video was a fragment of an interview trump to Fox News channel, in which the American leader claimed that children are “virtually immune to COVID-19”. This is the first case of removal of the post trump Facebook because of misinformation about the coronavirus.
As stated by the representative of the company Facebook, the video contained “false statements about that group of people is immune from COVID-19”. According to the representative, it is a violation of company policy malicious information about the coronavirus.
Earlier, Facebook has warned that he intends to fight the spread of false information about COVID-19 and to remove the corresponding content.
