First Deputy head of Ulyanovsk Michael Sychev has been detained. As reported “Interfax” with reference to the representative of the press service of the FSB in the region, the officer charged with fraud in especially large size the organised criminal group. The interviewee of the Agency said that Sychev is now being questioned as a suspect.
