the Tver court of Moscow has partially satisfied his claim for illegal criminal prosecution. About it reports “Interfax” with reference to the lawyer of the “Apology of protest” Svetlana Baturina.
According to her, Fomin demanded from the authorities of 793 thousand rubles — for the inaction of the investigation, false imprisonment, night raids and the creation of a negative image on TV.
At the beginning of December 2019 case against Fomin was dismissed for lack of evidence.
