Deputy head of the Federal Antimonopoly service (FAS) Anatoly Golomolzin has resigned. The decree was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, the document is available on the official portal of legal acts. The Golomolzin has resigned at own will.

From 1983 to 1995, the Golomolzin worked in Siberian energy Institute, where he studied the development problems of a heat supply, nuclear energy, gas supply, issues of risk and security, as well as subjects of the market relations in the energy sector.
In 1995, the Golomolzin came to the Russian Federation state Committee on Antimonopoly policy (SCDI) for the post of adviser to the Chairman, the head of Department on restrictive business practices and antitrust monitoring in the fuel and energy complex, transport and communications.
Since 2006 Golomolzin was the head of the headquarters for joint investigations of Antimonopoly in the markets of the CIS Interstate Council for Antimonopoly policy.
