In the RF IC reported that a criminal case under part 1 of article 223.1 of the criminal code (illegal manufacture of explosives and explosive devices), part 1 of article 30, paragraphs “a,e” part 2 of article 105 of the criminal code (preparation for the murder of two and more persons publicly dangerous method). The teenager has been charged.
