Recall, back in January Golikova said that by the end of this year in Russia should be created the register of citizens having the right to preferential provision of medicines. Golikova stressed that the establishment of a registry of beneficiaries is one of the instructions of the President of the Russian Federation. And to implement it “in full” should be to the end of the year.
According to Golikova, with the creation of the register, the beneficiaries must clearly understand “what they are supposed to which category of beneficiaries they are”. The aim of this work is to “leave behind” “the shortages of medicines, which happened in some regions,” said Golikova.
on June 23, the state Duma adopted in the second reading a bill providing for the creation in Russia of a Federal registry of citizens entitled to preferential provision of medicines.
