Illegal dump in the Pushkin district eliminate after intervention of Prosecutor's office

the Prosecutor’s office of St. Petersburg has addressed in court with the requirement to eliminate the landfill of municipal and construction waste in the Pushkin district, reported the press service of the Ministry. Battle of brick and concrete, reinforced concrete structures, plastic, wooden residues, polyethylene and other wastes are currently located on a plot of 350 square meters and a height of 2 meters, located on the territory of St.-Petersburg state agrarian University.

the Prosecutor noted that the said land is in state ownership of the Russian Federation and is not subject to lease.

Environmental Prosecutor’s office conducted an audit on the fact of cluttering up the site. In the result, filed a claim, according to which the Federal Agency for state property management should eliminate unauthorized dump.
