In Athens, protests erupted over the death of an African American in the United States

Near the American Embassy in Athens, a protest was held in support of demonstrations in the US, which started because of the death of African American George Floyd after detention by the police. The protesters threw at the police “Molotov cocktails”.

the campaign was about 2-3 thousand protesters. Police used tear gas and arrested seven people.
