Russia has experienced one of its satellites, releasing a projectile. That’s a concern, said the British Space administration.
“such acts threaten the peaceful uses of outer space because of the emergence of debris that pose a threat to satellites and space systems,” — said the head of the office, Harvey Smith, he quoted “Interfax”.
He called on Russia to refrain from any further such tests and to continue to work constructively with the UK and other partners.
Earlier in the United States stated that it had found evidence that Russia allegedly experienced anti-missile space-based weapons. The projectile could be fired from a satellite inspector “Space-2543”. This same satellite was mentioned in the January 2020, writes The Business Insider.
