In the fighting in the Donbass killed a citizen of Estonia. About this informed the head of foreign Affairs Urmas Reinsalu, reports ERR.
According to him, the man arrived in Estonia as a refugee and after naturalisation, abandoned the Belarusian passport, and on July 13 he died as a result of hostilities in the Donbass. What was he doing, the Ukrainian authorities still specified, said Reinsalu, explaining also that in Estonia the principle that Estonian citizens can act in military units of other countries with the permission of the government, but no such permit had been issued.
