In Kaliningrad detained on the eve of the vandal desecrated the Eternal flame in Victory Park at 1200 memorial to fallen soldiers-guards.
As reported in the press service of the city system “Safe city”, the operators noticed on the surveillance cameras suspicious behavior of the man who first put the flowers on the monument, and then damaged the burner of the Eternal flame. To extinguish the fire failed, but the burner was damaged.
Police reported the incident and vandal arrested at the scene.
As have informed “Rosbaltu” in press-service UMVD of Russia across the Kaliningrad region on the given fact check is conducted.
