the Khabarovsk regional court has left under arrest of four defendants in the case of fraud on metallurgical plant “Amurstal” in Komsomolsk-on-Amur.
As the press service of the court, the defendants will remain in jail until September 8.
In the case of “Amurstal” July 10, was arrested two deputies of the regional Legislative Duma Sergei Kuznetsov and Dmitry Kozlov, as well as businessmen Yevgeny Averyanov Nikolay Shukhov. All of them are on articles 30 part 3, article 159 part 4 of the criminal code of Russian Federation — “Preparation for swindle”.
