Latvia has banned the broadcasting of the seven television channels under the brand Russia Today — RT, RT HD, RT Arabic, RT Spanish HD RT Documentary RT Documentary RT and TV.
according to the Latvian special services, is the most influential channels of “Russian propaganda” in the West. National country Council for electronic media (NEPLP) explained that they “are under the effective control of propagandist Dmitry Kiselev”.
