the Incident occurred in the afternoon of 12 July, near the metro station “Shchukinskaya”. Between the 54-year-old man and owner of the dog was a conflict in which a passer-by hit the dog with his foot.
In response, the owner of the pet some times struck the offender in the face. The victim was taken to hospital with a closed craniocerebral injury and fracture of the eye socket, reports REN TV.
