Passengers of the Moscow metro prosecuted for breaking into a subway tunnel.
As have informed “Rosbaltu” in press-service of management of the Moscow metro, the 39-year-old visitor made the Protocol on administrative offense provided for in article 11.15.1. Administrative code “Violation of requirements in the field of transport security”. The court sent the man under arrest for 4 days.
Also the offender brought to administrative responsibility under article 20.21 of the administrative code “Appearance in public places in a state of intoxication”.
Recall that the man in an alcohol intoxication came down to the hard way at the metro station “Park of culture” and, entering the tunnel, headed towards the metro station “Kropotkinskaya” of the Sokolnicheskaya line.
