Employees of the Saratov electric vehicle announced “Italian strike”, putting forward a number of requirements. “Workers demanded higher wages, raised the issue of the monstrous overtime when they have to work 14-16 hours to get a relatively reasonable salary. They also demanded to remove duplicate parallel routes in commercial buses, which take away the “big chunks” and doing unprofitable electric vehicle. Workers demanded the return of laid-off employees and put forward a number of conditions”, – the Deputy specified. “Italian strike” was the fact that drivers of trolleybuses few morning hours did not leave on routes, pointing to technical unavailability of the rolling stock to work, demanded that with them on the routes went the jigs. It was all in the framework of binding rules. Nikolai Bondarenko said that the city authorities the following day we gathered a working group for negotiations between officials and the trade Union brought to its work the Prosecutor’s office and deputies. As a result of negotiations, the city authorities promised to consider the workers ‘ demands and to provide answers next week. After that, the staff of the Saratov electric vehicle has decided to suspend the protest. If demands are not met, “Italian strike” could be resumed.
