The new draft of the code of administrative offences (Cao) prescribed increased maximum fine for legal entities for concealing accidents on the railway or air transport. According to the document, the penalty will increase from 50 thousand to 200 thousand rubles. To punish the ruble is offered for withholding information about the accident and other events related to the violation of safety rules of movement and operation of railway transport, aviation accident, incident or information about them, or misrepresentation of information on this incident. But, as stipulated, provided that these actions do not contain signs of a criminal offence. Citizens can be fined for the sum from 5 thousand to 10 thousand rubles. Now this amount varies from 2 thousand to 5 thousand rubles. Officials will pay from 50 thousand to 70 thousand rubles or disqualified for a period of six months to one year (currently, only the penalty from 4 thousand to 10 thousand rubles). With regard to individual entrepreneurs, they will be entitled to a fine from 70 thousand to 100 thousand rubles, legal entities — from 100 thousand to 200 thousand roubles (now from 20 thousand to 50 thousand rubles).
