In the state Duma a bill on the decriminalization of article 212.1 of the Criminal code, criminalizing repeated violation of the order of organization or holding of meetings, the correspondent “of Rosbalt”. The initiative came from a group of deputies from the Communist party, which recalled that in 2015 this article was sentenced to three years imprisonment, one of the participants of the unauthorized rallies in Moscow Ildar Dading.
the Deputies justify the need for the decriminalization of articles of the criminal code by the absence of public danger appropriate actions.
Note, the bill did not find support in the government of the Russian Federation and the Supreme court.
