In the United States for the first time in the history of the registration interest rate on a mortgage has fallen below 3%.
according to The Wall Street Journal, the current rate on the mortgage with 30 years repayment period is of 2.98%. Only at the beginning of the year, this rate stood at 3.72 per cent.
according to the newspaper, the decline rates can be attributed to the economic downturn caused by the pandemic COVID-19.
