the Federation Council approved the law, facilitating the implementation of investment projects in the Crimea in the framework of the free economic zone, the correspondent “of Rosbalt”.
the New law eliminates the need to coordinate with the authorized Federal body of documentation on territory planning, for facilities required for implementation of investment projects of participants of the free economic zone, prior to its approval by the local government.
Also eliminated the possibility prior to the issuance of building permits objects to complete the preparatory work from the date of submission of the project documentation for these facilities for the examination of the project documentation.
