Iran is ready to pay compensation for the Downing of the Ukrainian plane

Iranian Authorities have declared readiness to pay compensation for the crash of a passenger plane, “International airlines of Ukraine”. This was stated by the official representative of foreign Ministry Abbas Mousavi, the Agency IRNA.

In his words, “the implementation of this will take time,” can also be “different aspects from technical and legal points of view.” Mousavi added that Iran is responsible for the incident, noting that between Tehran and Kiev’s negotiations are continuing.

Consultations between the Ukrainian and Iranian delegations on compensation began in Kiev on July 30.

Recall, Boeing “Ukraine International airlines” flew from Tehran to Kiev crashed on 8 January. On Board were 176 people, all of them died. Initially, the Iranian authorities claimed that the plane crashed because of a technical fault, but later admitted that the ship mistakenly shot down an Iranian missile.
