Kadyrov has told that the President himself read him the decree and congratulated and wished further success. The head of Chechnya once again reminded that a “faithful foot soldier of our President, is willing to comply with the orders of the higher difficulty on any continent.”
“For that, we have all the will, determination, fitness and technique and that no one had any questions, lawfully issued by Federal agencies and weapons,” Kadyrov wrote in “Vkontakte”.
