William Little, the young man who accused Kevin Spacey of having sexually assaulted in a seaside resort near Boston (Massachusetts) in the summer of 2016, has been abandoned this week a subpoena in civil, before a new hearing of the criminal.

This “voluntary abandonment” has been registered with the court of the island of Nantucket, in Massachusetts – where the alleged assault took place in July 2016 – with no reason is specified. It occurs before a new hearing scheduled for Monday, July 8 a criminal for the actor featured in the series House of Cards , potentially embarrassing for the prosecution.
