Kevin Spacey : one of his accusers gives up his civil action for sexual assault

William Little, the young man who accused Kevin Spacey of having sexually assaulted in a seaside resort near Boston (Massachusetts) in the summer of 2016, has been abandoned this week a subpoena in civil, before a new hearing of the criminal.

This “voluntary abandonment” has been registered with the court of the island of Nantucket, in Massachusetts – where the alleged assault took place in July 2016 – with no reason is specified. It occurs before a new hearing scheduled for Monday, July 8 a criminal for the actor featured in the series House of Cards , potentially embarrassing for the prosecution.

A part of his case relies on footage shot with her laptop by the alleged victim, William Little, at the age of 18 years old and a server in a restaurant of this island popular with the jet set in the summer.
